Notice of Town Council Meeting, July 16 

Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 16 at 7:00 p.m.  Please see the attached agenda and meeting packet for public participation. In conjunction with the meeting, Council will hold two public hearings: 1) An Ordinance to Establish Rental Fees for Pinckney Park Pavilion and 2) An Ordinance to Establish Stormwater Fees. Planning Commission Meeting Tonight @ 6:35 PM 

The Planning Commission will meet tonight at 6:35 p.m. in a Workshop setting to review its 5-Year Comprehensive Plan. The Town encourages the public to submit comments/questions regarding the 5-year review via email to planning@jamesislandsc.us or in person during the Public Comment portion. BZA Public Hearing Notice 

July 21, 2020

The following cases will be heard by the Town of James Island Board of Zoning Appeals at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 21 at 7:00 p.m. in person at Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC and via Zoom, a virtual meeting platform. The meeting will also be live streamed to the Town’s YouTube channel.  Please email comments to kcrane@jamesislandsc.us or planning@jamesislandsc.us referencing the Case #. Emailed comments should be received by noon on Tuesday, July 21st. Comments will also be heard during the Public Comment section of the meeting at Town Hall in-person with social distancing in-place.
