The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood warning in effect until 12:00 P.M. The Town of James Island is monitoring the forecast which includes heavy rains and isolated thunderstorms with wind gusts in excess of 40mph this morning through the afternoon. If you can delay travel during this time, please do so as many areas are seeing flooding.
