This will extend the sidewalk from Grand Concourse at Stillwater to Nabors Drive. A second phase to this project will be to construct sidewalk down Nabors Drive to Quail Drive thus connecting Harbor Woods and adjacent neighborhoods to the Harborview Road Shopping Center and the Quail Drive Recreation Center. The Regatta Road sidewalk will be a cost share with TST funding and a 50% match by the Town. JLA is the engineering firm and Charleston County will project manage the construction.
