The following meetings of the Town of James Island will be held during the week of April 2, 2017: Tuesday, April 4: James Island History Commission meets at 6:00 p.m. AGENDA Wednesday, April 5: James Island Arts Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. AGENDA These meetings are held at the Town of James Island, Town Hall, located at 1238-B Camp Road, James Island, SC 29412.
The Town is proud to announce the new Fort Johnson sidewalk connector, running along the south side of Camp Rd. from Ft. Johnson to Dills Bluff Rd, and down the east side of Dills Bluff Rd to Ft. Johnson, is now open for use. This project was funded through a combination of Town funds and Charleston County Transportation Sales Tax funds.
