BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS 

PUBLIC HEARING

The following cases will be heard by the Town of James Island Board of Zoning Appeals at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 21st at 5:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC 29412. These hearings are open to the public. Inquiries should be directed to the Zoning/Planning Department (843-795-4141) referencing the case number. Please email comments to kcrane@jamesislandsc.us; Emailed comments must be received by 12:00 noon on Monday April 20th and must include name and address for the record. Meeting packets will be available on the Town’s website at jamesislandsc.us and at Town Hall during regular business hours before the hearing.
