The James Island Pride Committee will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, May 17 at 5:30 p.m. The Town Council meeting will be held on Thursday, May 17 at 7:00 p.m. In conjunction with the meeting, two (2) public hearings will be held: 1) Proposed change to the Town's Zoning and Land Development Regulations (ZLDR) to add a development standard to require installation of a multi-use path in the Folly Road Overlay Zoning District, 2) Proposed Zoning Map Amendment to rezone property at 813 Jordan Street from Low-Density Suburban (RSL) to General Office (OG) for a parking lot. These meetings will be held at the Town of James Island, Town Hall, located at 1238-B Camp Road.
