Thursday, January 19: Town Council Meeting: 7:00 p.m. Town Council will hold three public hearings: 1) proposed changes to the Town's Zoning and Land Development Regulations as it relates to signage regarding murals, inflatables and monument signs. 2) Amending the Use Table, and addition of Special Exception for Fast Food Restaurants, Convenience Stores, and Service Stations in Community Commercial (CC) and Neighborhood Commercial (CN) Zoning Districts. 3) Proposed Zoning Map Amendments for government office (Town Hall); properties at 1122 Dills Bluff, 1126 Dills Bluff, and 1109-B Camp Road.
