James Island Planning Commission, June 8, 6:00 p.m. The Planning Commission will hold discussion and vote on a proposed amendment to the Town's Zoning and Land Development Regulations Ordinance, including a recommendation to add a new section on a temporary moratorium on accepting and processing zoning permits for residential development greater than four units per acre, and other development greater than 1500 square feet in non-residential zoning districts (Ordinance #2017-08).
