Thursday, September 20 @ 7:00 p.m. James Island Town Council Meeting. In conjunction with the Town Council meeting, a public hearing will be held on a proposed change to the Town's Zoning and Land Use Regulations Ordinance (ZLDR) to include adding additional requirements/conditions for parking lots in CN, (Neighborhood Commercial) OG, (General Office) and OR (Residential Office) Zoning Districts, Section 153.157.
