The Town of James Island is pleased to announce a partnership with Wake Up Carolina to host monthly Narcan (naloxone) training sessions at Town Hall.
The Town’s naloxone box and its contents were funded through South Carolina Opioid Settlement funds administered by South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund. No local tax dollars were used.
The first training will take place on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 1122 Dills Bluff Road. The public is encouraged to attend, ask questions, and participate alongside staff from the Charleston Center, Charleston County Government, and local first responders.
