NEWS RELEASE – TOWN OF JAMES ISLAND HURRICANE FLORENCE

Hurricane Florence is approximately 2,400 miles ESE of the South Carolina coastline moving west northwestward. While the current forecast does not call for Hurricane Florence to affect South Carolina, there is some uncertainty in regards to the forward movement of the hurricane as the week progresses.
The Town of James Island will continue to monitor Hurricane Florence and send out regular updates as information becomes available.
