The Town of James Island Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 @ 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Rd., James Island. This will be an in person meeting. The Board will hear a variance request for the removal of a grand tree for construction of a single-family home on a vacant lot in the Low-Density Suburban Residential District (RSL) on property located at 907 White Point Blvd. Please refer to the agenda meeting packet for further information.
Updated Face Mask Policy at the Town Hall: Anyone wishing to wear a mask, regardless of vaccine status is welcomed to continue doing so. Vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a mask. Non-vaccinated individuals must continue wearing a mask inside while around others.
