The following cases will be heard by the Town of James Island Board of Zoning Appeals at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC 29412. These hearings are open to the public. Inquiries should be directed to the Zoning/Planning Department (843-795-4141) referencing the case number.
