Notice of July Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, July 19 @ 7:00 p.m. for its regularly scheduled meeting on Zoom and in person at the Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC. This meeting is a continuation from June 21 regarding Case #BZAS-5-22-025: Special Exception Request for a fast-food restaurant on a vacant lot in the Community Commercial (CC) Zoning District and in the Commercial Core of the Folly Road Corridor Overlay (FRC-O) Zoning District at 890 Folly Road.
