Two Public Hearings will be held as a part of this meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) a proposed zoning map amendment on property located at 1622 Camp Rd. from General Office to Community Commercial for beverage or related products manufacturing/retail sales and service uses; and 2) proposed amendments to the Zoning and Land Development Regulations and Livability Ordinance including provisions to allow for apiculture (beekeeping) on single-family residential property.
