Notice is hereby given that the James Island Town Council will hold a Public Hearing regarding a proposed amendment to its 2015-2016 Fiscal Year budget.

If adopted by Town Council, the proposed amendment will provide funds for purchase of a Town Hall by lease-purchase agreement and the maintenance of a reserve fund. It will also levy a 20 mil property tax and provide a $2,948,058 credit against the resulting property tax liability, leaving no net tax liability to the Town.
