NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The following case will be heard by the Town of James Island's Board of Zoning Appeals at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Rd. James Island, SC 29412, and via Zoom (Zoom link will be available on the meeting agenda). This hearing is open to the public. Inquiries should be directed to the Zoning/Planning Department (843) 795-4141) referencing the case number. Please email comments to kcrane@jamesislandsc.us; emailed comments should be received by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, February 15. The full meeting packet will be available on the Town's website at www.jamesislandsc.us and at the Town Hall during regular business hours before the hearing.
