The Town of James Island will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the James Island Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island. Please refer to the attached meeting packet for the items of discussion. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held in conjunction with the meeting on a proposed zoning map amendment on property located at 1439 Jeffords Street from the Low-Density Residential (RSL) to Residential Office (OR) Zoning District for pervious parking lot and storm water facilities to support an adjacent lot/use (TMS#427-01-00-062).
