The Town of James Island Council Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 17 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1238-B Camp Road.
Two (2) public hearings will be held: 1) Proposed change to the Town's Zoning and Land Development Regulations (ZLDR) to add a development standard to require installation of a multi-use path in the Folly Road Overlay Zoning District, 2) Proposed Zoning Map Amendment for rezoning property at 813 Jordan Street from Low-Density Suburban (RSL) to General Office (OG) for a parking lot.
