The James Island Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on a proposed zoning map amendment (re-zoning), specifically on property located on Dills Bluff Road from the Low-Density Suburban Residential (RSL) District (TMS #425-12-00-185) and the Community Commercial (CC) District (TMS #425-12-00-298) to the Marsh Walk Village (PD-201) Planned Development District. Application #ZPD-7-23-201.
The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 7:00pm at Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC (843) 795-4141. Emailed comments to fsimmons@jamesislandsc.us should be received by noon on Thursday, September 21st.The meeting will also be livestreamed to the Town’s YouTube channel. Copies of the proposed zoning map amendment/Planned Development are available for the public to review Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
