JAMES ISLAND, SC (January 6, 2017) - On Sunday, January 15, 2017, the students from the James Island Charter High School Pride of the Island Band invite you to the Bowens Island Oyster Roast Fundraiser, 1 - 4 p.m. Enjoy all-you-can-eat fresh local oysters, chili, hot dogs, mac & cheese and more. Additional drinks are available for cash purchase. Then sit back, listen to live music and enjoy the breathtaking views from Bowens Island!
100% of the proceeds go to support this award-winning band program. We hope to see you there.
Tickets are available from band members and also at the door. Adults $25, Children (age 12 and under) $12.

The James Island Charter High School and the JICHS Band Backers Association are committed to the success of the JICHS Pride of the Island Band Program. Our Marching Band, Concert Band, Percussion Ensemble, and Winterguard are outstanding musical ensembles that need community support to travel, perform and compete at the highest level. By contributing to our band fund-raising projects, you allow the band to continue its musical journey. Optimum music education is available to our students because we have an outside revenue source available for the program's wants and needs. Without this option, we would not be able to produce the kind of opportunities our students so richly deserve. Thank you for supporting our band!
