Safety Tips from the Town of James Island Sheriffs Patrol

As the holiday season approaches, the Town of James Island, Island Sheriff's Patrol encourages all residents to think safety first. During this time of the year, packages, gifts, and goodies are delivered to homes. Have a plan in place for packages that are left on your porch or doorstep. Ask a neighbor or have someone there to pick your package up to keep it secure for you. Please remember to lock your vehicles. Secure firearms every time you get home. Do not leave a firearm in your vehicle.

The Town of James Island wishes to thank Sgt. Jeff Pringle, in the Criminal Investigations Division for providing these safety tips so everyone has a happy and safe holiday season.
