The James Island Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on modifying the sign regulations in the Town of James Island Zoning and Land Development Regulations Ordinance on Thursday, January 19th at 7 pm. Other proposed changes include the addition of a Special Exception requirement for Fast Food Restaurants, Convenience Stores, and Service Stations in Community Commercial (CC) and Neighborhood Commercial (CN) Zoning Districts.
