The James Island Town Council met in a Special Meeting on Monday, April 4 and appointed Niki Grimball as Town Administrator. Among her many accomplishments, Mrs. Grimball holds a Master in Public Administration with a certificate degree in Urban and Regional Planning. She comes to the Town with experience from Charleston County Government and the Charleston County School District.
