The Town of James Island is pleased to announce a special expanded edition of its popular "First Friday" Town Market on Friday, Nov. 1, featuring new and returning vendors, additional food trucks and live music by "Da'Gullah Rootz."
Other fun and family-friendly activities will include face painting, a petting zoo, kid crafts, local produce and more.
"We're really proud of the way our whole Town comes together for First Friday, and we wanted to give people even more reasons to come out," said Town Mayor Brook Lyon. "Based on our plans and what I'm hearing from our citizens, this should be our biggest and best First Friday ever."
First Fridays happen on the first Friday of every month from 6-8 p.m. at James Island Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road. For more details on next Friday's special expanded edition of the market.
