Case #BZAV-3-25-040: Variance request for an increase to the Town's Supplemental Storm water Design Standards' allowable impervious lot coverage to 47% for the construction of an inground swimming pool, spa and decking in the Preserve at Dills Bluff neighborhood (PD-101) at 1106 Bright Court, Town of James Island, TMS # 428-03-00-105). The decision was approved with one condition.
