CASE #: BZAV-3-25-041 Variance request for the reduction of the 5’ required accessory structure side setback for the placement of a detached shed in the Low-Density Suburban Residential District (RSL) at 821 Jeb Stuart Rd – Town of James Island (TMS #454-08-00-009). Decision: Disapproved
