PUBLIC HEARING
The James Island Town Council will hold a Public Hearing for proposed amendments to the Zoning and Land Development Regulations (ZLDR) including editing the definition of snipe signs, allowing snipe signs for civic/institutional uses for ten days, and clarifying the allowance of additional dwelling units on a parcel if standards are met.
The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 7:00pm at Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC (843) 795-4141. Emailed comments to kcrane@jamesislandsc.us should be received by noon on Thursday, March 20 and should include name and address for the record. The meeting packet and link to livestream of the meeting will be available on the Town’s website at jamesislandsc.us and at Town Hall during regular business hours before the meeting.
