PUBLIC HEARINGS
The James Island Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on a proposed zoning map amendment (re-zoning), specifically on property located at 1715 Oak Point Road from the Low-Density Suburban Residential (RSL) District to the General Office District (OG) for Fishing/Hunting Guide Service and Office uses.
The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 7:00pm at Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC (843) 795-4141 and via Zoom. Emailed comments to kcrane@jamesislandsc.us should be received by noon on Thursday, October 21st.The meeting will also be livestreamed to the Town's YouTube channel. Copies of the proposed zoning map amendment are available for the public to review Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
