The Town of James Island Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 18 at 7:00 p.m. on Case #BZAS-11-21-022, Special Exception Request for Beverage or Related Products Manufacturing and Alcohol Sales and Consumption in the Community Commercial (CC) District at 1622 Camp Road, Town of James Island (TMS #425-06-00-096.
This Hearing will be held in person at the Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Rd., James Island, and also via Zoom (see link below). Please email comments to: kcrane@jamesislandsc.us referencing the case number. Emailed comments should be received by 12:00 noon on January 18. The full meeting packet will be available on the Town's website at www.jamesislandsc.us before the hearing.
