James Island PSD Fire, Solid Waste Services, and Wastewater Services have cleared all major roads on James Island with the following exceptions:
1 Central Park Road which is down to a single lane near the creek due to broken pavement and
2 Dills Bluff Road which is completely blocked due to a downed tree entangled with power lines.
