Facilities Maintenance Technician II

The Town of James Island, SC is accepting resumes for a Facilities Maintenance Tech II in the Public Works Department. The successful candidate must understand general repairs and knowledge of construction and the repair trade to either perform work on own or to identify special trades to perform the job. Ability to work independently, with staff, residents, and elected officials. High School Diploma or equivalent, technical or trades certification preferred, valid SC driver’s license (or ability to obtain), knowledge of hand and power tools, prior facilities maintenance experience preferred.
