TOWN OF JAMES ISLAND
PUBLIC HEARING
The James Island Town Council will hold a Public Hearing for proposed amendments to the Zoning and Land Development Regulations (ZLDR) including: removing wording that allows administrative approval for setback reductions, in order to instead require BZA approval for setback reductions.
The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 7:00pm at Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC (843) 795-4141. Emailed comments to kcrane@jamesislandsc.us should be received by noon on Thursday, November 21 and should include name and address for the record. The meeting packet and link to livestream of the meeting will be available on the Town’s website at jamesislandsc.us and at Town Hall during regular business hours before the meeting.
