Town of James Island Board of Zoning Appeals Decision

The following case was heard by the Town of James Island Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC 29412. 

Case #BZAV-3-25-040: Variance request for an increase to the Town's Supplemental Storm water Design Standards' allowable impervious lot coverage to 47% for the construction of an inground swimming pool, spa and decking in the Preserve at Dills Bluff neighborhood (PD-101) at 1106 Bright Court, Town of James Island, TMS # 428-03-00-105). The decision was approved with one condition.
