In March of 2024, the Town of James Island entered into an agreement with the Charleston office of Johnson, Laschober & Associates, P.C. for the review services of Civil Engineer Laura Cabiness.
Laura is a James Island resident, Clemson graduate, and has over 35 years of experience in stormwater and construction management; much of this experience was with the City of Charleston.
Laura has become a valued member of our Stormwater and Planning & Zoning teams and is working closely with Mayor Lyon on the new James Island Art and Community Center. We are very excited to have her on board!
