CASE #: BZAV-3-26-048 Variance request for the reduction of the 25’ required front/streetside setback on a corner lot for a carport addition to an existing single-family home in the Low-Density Suburban Residential District (RSL) at 668 Sterling Dr. (TMS #454-07-00-114). Decision: Approved with conditions.
