
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will meet on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall, located at 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island. On the agenda is a special exception request for the placement of a one-bay vehicle repair facility in an existing garage in the Community Commercial (CC) District and the Folly Road Overlay Zoning District (FRC-O) at 808 Folly Road.
