ABSENTEE VOTING
Absentee voting begins Monday, October 7 through Monday, November 4, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Board of Elections and Voter Registration Office, located at 4367 Headquarters Road, North Charleston, SC. Persons unable to vote in person should contact the Board of Elections and Voter Registration for absentee information at (843) 744-8683.
