The James Island Town Council will hold Public Hearings on proposed changes to the Town of James Island Zoning and Land Development Regulations Ordinance, including adding requirements for bicycle parking in new and significant redevelopment projects, and amending the Folly Road Corridor Overlay Zoning District Standards by prohibiting Vehicle Sales in all areas.
The Public Hearings will be held on Thursday, February 20 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island, SC (843) 795-4141. Copies of the proposed changes are available for the public to review Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
