Town Council meeting, Thursday, December 15, 7:00 p.m. Items on the agenda includes a presentation to Carter McMillan for community service; and Representative Peter McCoy will present a state check to the Town. Council will also award the Pinckney Park, Phase I project. Ordinances up for first reading includes an ordinance to allow for a special chicken housing permit; an ordinance to adjust the boundary between the City of Charleston and the Town; a property swap with the First Baptist Church and an ordinance to amend and adopt by reference Charleston County's flood ordinances.
