Thursday, March 16, 7:00 p.m. Town Council Meeting. The James Island Town Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on an ordinance to amend the Town's Zoning and Land Use Development Regulations under section 153.336, Architectural Design Guidelines (C) (3) Building Color (c) murals. Council will also be presented the draft budget for FY 2017-2018.
