The Town of James Island will hold its regularly scheduled Council meeting on Thursday, February 20 at 7:00 p.m.
There will be two Public Hearings: 1) a proposed amendment to the Town's Zoning and Land Development Regulations Ordinance pertaining to off-street parking and loading; to add a section for bicycle parking with standards for bicycle parking facilities. 2) a proposed amendment to the Town's Zoning and Land Use Development Regulations Ordinance, of the Folly Road Corridor Overlay District, to amend Rethink Folly Standards to include required bicycle parking to be installed in accordance with Section 153.332 (J).
