The Town of James Island will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held in person at the Town Hall located at 1122 Dills Bluff Road. Council will hold a Public Hearing at the beginning of the meeting on Ordinance 2024-10: Proposed Amendments to the Zoning and Land Development Ordinance (ZLDR) to remove wording that allows administrative approval for setback reductions in order to instead require the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) approval for setback reductions.
